Personal Licence Holders - Suitable for managers and supervisors this qualification takes the candidate through the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005 and is suitable for those who wish to hold a personal licence.

TWIST Staff Licensing Law Trainers Package

Adhering to statutory regulations this package provides companies with a cost effective way of training all their staff. It includes all necessary paperwork and training materials on a disc along with a trainers guide for Personal Licence Holders to train their own staff of an unlimited number. 
This can be branded with company logos and we can also include a 'train the trainer session' to give your PLH's a confident start on training their own staff!

Price - £150 with an additional fee of £200 for a ‘train the trainer session’


Food Hygiene Training

Food Handling Training - suitable for all front of house staff. This Twist Training 4 hour course covers all the basic legislation to ensure your staff are compliant and in line with Environmental Health guidelines

REHIS Elementary Food Hygiene Training

For kitchen staff this REHIS accredited course is a must for all kitchen staff 
This 1 day course costs £250 +£10 per candidate for certification & examination fees.

 

HACCP Course

HACCP Course - Every kitchen must comply with Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points.  This course is aimed at managers, and kitchen staff that are looking after the paperwork and day-to-day management of the kitchen and takes them through how to create their own system and adhere to Environmental Health guidelines and legislation
